New to the area and need to winterize our irrigation system. Reached out to Dumford on the weekend, they contacted me early on the following Monday and set an appointment for me on Tuesday afternoon. I received a text that a technician was on his way two hours ahead of schedule. Took him about 15 minutes to complete! Extremely happy and will continue to use Dumford Irrigation going forward!

Communication was very good leading up to the appointment. Received a text when they were on their way. Technicians showed up on time. Irrigation system was shutdown and lines blown out for all 4 zones. Will definitely be my go to company for all my irrigation needs

Wow do these guys excel in Customer Service! Incredibly rare these days. Wish I had found them sooner. I have been thru it with different irrigation companies not showing up or following through.
